DaikyoNishikawa Corporation (DNC, Headquarters: Aki-gun Saka-cho, Hiroshima Prefecture, President & Representative Director: Nariaki Uchida) announced today that it will construct a new factory in Huntsville, Alabama, USA.
The new factory will be built on the site of "Mazda Toyota Manufacturing, U.S.A., Inc." (MTMUS), the joint-venture company of Mazda Motor Corporation and Toyota Motor Corporation, that will produce vehicles in 2021. DNC's new factory will produce large resin parts such as bumpers and instrument panels for vehicles manufactured at MTMUS. DNC expects the revenue from this facility to be approximately 190 million US dollars per year.
DNC aims to maximize its business opportunities by strengthening business relationships with major customers by setting up a new base in North America.
