DaikyoNishikawa Product Development System (DNPDS)
DaikyoNishikawa’s development process is designed so as to enable senior management to make the decision as to whether or not to move to the next step with a checkpoint provided at each development stage, at which what is termed the "milestone evaluation" is conducted. One goal of the product development is process-oriented development, in which the division of work and development responsibilities are clear for each department and the process for achieving development targets (quality, cost, delivery) is visible.
